This notice describes the public Inkiko demo and the separate hosted workspace. Paid customer deployments will need agreed data-processing and commercial terms.

The public website and demo

This website runs on Vercel. The public practice demo has no sign-in or application database. Its server evaluates your submitted fictional action, checks and handoff, then returns feedback without saving a practice record. No AI provider is called. Your on-screen work is lost when you leave unless you export it. Hosting infrastructure may process request information and technical logs under its own terms.

The separate saved workspace

“Open Workbench” and sign-in links take you to Inkiko’s hosted workspace at inkiko-workbench.jlkdevelop.chatgpt.site. That service manages ChatGPT sign-in and has its own privacy notice. Inkiko receives a site-specific identifier and display information there; it does not receive your ChatGPT password. Saved attempts, workflow drafts and pilot briefs are associated with your account in that workspace.

Records are not transferred from this public demo to the saved workspace. To save future practice, open the hosted workspace and complete the exercise there after signing in.

Fictional inputs and AI status

Keep passwords, secrets, real incident records and unnecessary personal information out of practice inputs. This demo uses fixed fictional responses and rule-based feedback. An optional NVIDIA adapter exists in the separate workspace implementation, but no live model has been configured or verified for this release.

Exports, sharing and billing

Exporting public-demo feedback creates a file in your browser. Saved workspace export and deletion controls are available in that service’s settings. The preview does not automatically email a pilot brief, share history with an employer, submit an application or charge for a plan. Email links open your own email application.
