What the preview provides

Original fictional service requests, an illustrative policy, scripted responses and deterministic feedback. A separate hosted personal workspace provides sign-in and saved records. It does not operate a production service desk, grant application access or execute requests.

How to interpret results

A score describes how a submitted fictional attempt matches the case’s authored criteria. It is not a professional certification, a hiring assessment, evidence of regulatory compliance or a guarantee of workplace performance. Customer-specific rules require a competent workflow review before use.

Your inputs

Only store or share material you are permitted to use. Keep credentials, secrets and unnecessary personal details out. You retain your supplied content. The preview stores and processes it to provide the requested workspace features; it does not publish your drafts into another customer’s pack.

Proposed pricing

Displayed paid prices are experiments for discussion. There is no active checkout, automatic renewal or payment collection. A paid pilot requires a separate written scope covering deliverables, review, data use, price, acceptance, support and payment.

Product status

This is an early release with features still in development. Export records you want to keep. Planned team features, AI capabilities and integrations should be evaluated when available. No accelerator, vendor membership or customer relationship is implied by a reference to an organization.
